Totally automatic system for cross spiders machining
- Grinding of up to 4 work pieces per cycle
- Danobat’s highly accurate dressing system allows the application of a diamond roll or diamond dressing disk to dress and condition the grinding wheel
- A fully automated solution including part loading/un-loading work station, 90 degree part indexing unit, post-process measuring system, sorting of go, no-go parts, etc.
Machining operations
- Grinding of part journal including OD, radius and chamfer.
Process
- Grinding of 3 parts/cycle (6 journals) at the same time.
- Post-process measuring unit, measuring the 6 ground journals.
