Mikroturn® Horizontal Hard Turning LatheHigh Precision Hard Turning Machine
Hembrug hard turning
The Mikroturn® horizontal hard turning lathes offer the highest precision levels on the market.
This high precision lathe has a rigid natural granite machine base, a wear-free hydrostatic bearing system for the guideways and the main spindle.
The Mikroturn® is suitable for a large number of applications such as bearing rings and rollers, ball screw nuts, gear wheels and shafts, hydraulic sleeves and pistons and a wide variety of die and mold components.
Advantages
- The machine base is made from natural granite and serves as a reference plane of main spindle and guideways. Because of its properties, natural granite provides a high thermal and dynamic stability.
- Hydrostatic, wear and maintenance-free technology for the main spindle and guideways: enhanced vibration damping, absence of wear, greater precision and thermal stability.
- The guideways are driven by high precision ball screws and have a sealed type, direct linear measuring system.
- It can be automated by means of Danobat designed loading systems, such as integrated gantry or robotised systems.
